Lane is s great guy. Very nice and polite guy. It took us a long time to find a house that we liked because we lived out of the state. He was very helpful letting us which neighborhood was good and which wasn't. He spent many a long day driving everywhere to show us as many houses as we could squeeze in, in one day. I hope we made a friend for life with him. I would recommend him to anyone that wants s great realtor.

Working with Lane was a genuinely great experience. He's professional and personable, competent and relatable and absolutely knows real estate inside and out.

I originally worked with Lane to purchase a house back in 2009. I knew very little about real estate as it was my first home, but Lane and I spoke about the kinds of things I was looking for, and he went to work. The thing I appreciate the most about him is how up front and honest he is. He would get back to me with some addresses and we'd drive over to look around. As we explored the properties, he started teaching me about what to look for; he'd tell me why he thought a property was or wasn't good for me, based on a ton of factors. Throughout the process, the level of service he provided made me feel confident and very supported.

Eventually, we found a place that I liked which was quite nice and well priced in a location that was perfect for me. His contacts within the industry made it very easy to move into and through closing, and through one of his recommendations, I was able to get a mortgage that fit within my means and my budget.

About 5 years later, I decided to move out of state and decided to reach out to Lane to see if he wanted to sell the same house he bought for me. He told me that's called a boomerang, which I thought was pretty funny. At this point, I had already started renting an apartment about an hour away; but, Lane stepped up to the challenge and was even more supportive this time around. Again, his contacts and the professionals he works with were able to help me with little tasks at the house that otherwise would've required me to drive a good distance to resolve. He was able to recommend a price that I thought was quite fair and find a buyer within a very reasonable amount of time. He handled all of the negotiations and for any potential snags, he was ready with several possible solutions such that we were always able to find a way forward.

In both of my interactions I was extremely happy to have decided to partner up with Lane to handle the processes of buying and selling a home. He combines a serious competence with a personable and friendly attitude which are often hard to find together.

I've kept in touch with him in the years since and, as it turns out, years later, in 2020, he was able to recommend some contacts for me when my mother was looking to buy some property 3 or 4 hours from where he normally works. Through those contacts, we were able to find an excellent realtor who found an unbelievable property and helped her through closing.

If you're reading this wondering if you should work with Lane, there's no question in my mind that you should. Expect honesty, attentiveness and perseverance. He's a great guy.
